Bartender

In the role of Bartender at Villa San Michele, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, you will shape the soul of our bar experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence.

• Ensure impeccable mise en place and maintain the bar environment according to LQA standards.

• Anticipate guest needs, offer personalized recommendations, and craft thoughtful, memorable experiences.

• Build authentic rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and F&B colleagues, supporting junior team members and fostering a culture of learning.

• Contribute to revenue goals through responsible upselling, cost awareness, and precise stock and inventory management.

• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements

• • Previous experience in a luxury bar or hospitality environment.
• • Solid mixology skills, with a passion for beverages, techniques, and emerging industry trends.
• • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a guest-centric mindset.
• • Fluent in Italian and English.
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
