“Craft Cocktails, Create Connections – Shake Things Up at Hilton Bell Rock!”
Surrounded by Sedona’s stunning red rocks, the Hilton Bell Rock is more than a resort—it’s an experience. We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and skilled Full-Time Bartender to join our team and deliver unforgettable moments at the bar. From handcrafted cocktails to personalized service, you’ll be the mixologist who brings our lounge to life.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair.
Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure top-tier customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow safe serving guidelines.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily bar setup/close-down procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous bartending experience (resort or upscale bar preferred).
Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
Personable, confident, and service-driven attitude.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years old and hold current state-required certifications.
