We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender / Head Bartender to join our team immediately!
If you have strong leadership skills, creativity behind the bar, and the ability to craft signature cocktails, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Position: Senior Bartender / Head Bartender
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the bar team
Create and develop signature cocktails
Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and presentation
Manage bar inventory and ordering
Maintain cleanliness and bar standards
Deliver excellent customer service
Train and mentor junior bartenders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior or Head Bartender
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
Ability to create unique signature drinks
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays)
