Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations

• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests

• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience

• Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
