About the role

We are looking for a Bartender to join our Team in Lisbon!

What you will do

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards;
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order;
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods;
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest requests;
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring

• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure;
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Passion for service;
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays;
• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
