As a Bartender at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for providing the best possible service for our guests, using storytelling to bring the drinks alive and to assist in recommending drinks and cocktails for every occasion.

Primary Responsibilities Include
· Ensure that the bar is appropriately set up and everything is in line with Le Manoir standards of excellence
· Creating and crafting all drinks for our guests to the highest possible standard
· Deliver a personalised, instinctive and understated service to ensure that excellence exists in everything we do.
· Demonstrate promptness, anticipation and organisation to deal with the different aspects of each service
· Embrace feedback and improve yourself by seeking the views of others around you, and by respecting and following the standards of excellence/LQA/AA/Forbes and work towards always increasing the score
· Have a genuine interest and passion for drinks and drinks service
