Bartender

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace  is seeking a Full-time Bartender to join the team at Sunnies Lounge!

This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! Our Sunnies Lounge, located steps away from the main lobby and overlooking the Float Lagoon is open from 4pm – 10pm daily, serving locally sourced seasonal fare and refreshing beverages.

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years as a bartender within restaurants, has full open availability, and previous hospitality experience preferred.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability MID/PM (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)  Shifts between 3:00pm – 2:00am.

Pay Rate: $9.98 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards
