JOB DESCRIPTION

The famous Caribe Hilton is looking for their next Beach Attendant to join their Recreation team.

Ideal Candidate will have at least 1 year of Customer Service and Maintenance experience, be reliable, adaptable, able to carry and move heavy objects, have high volume experience and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and will be able to communicate in English and understand the language.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Candidate will work rotating shifts throughout the week.  Weekends and holidays are required.

Pay Rate: $17.53 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.  Remove, organize and setup beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
• Confirm guest registration and distribute and track inventory of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of beach area including, but not limited to, emptying used towel bins, collecting used towels and maintaining neat appearance of beach towels on shelves
• Perform general beach-related duties, as needed
