Key requirements
What does your day as a Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie look like? Your shift starts at 05:00 throughout the week and in the weekends. When you start your shift, you coordinate together with your colleagues the preparation and the execution of the breakfast service, to ensure all guests have a perfect start of the day! During the breakfast you will coordinate and replenish the buffet, keep the buffet area neat and clean and prepare egg dishes at guest’s request. When the breakfast service is over, you will work on the mise-en-place for the coming breakfast shifts, lunches and groups. Together with your colleagues you prepare the lunch/diner for the Team Members of Hilton Rotterdam. After 13:00 your shift is over and you can enjoy your leisure activities!
