We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our One Square Team at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, working over 5 days out of 7 including weekends and with early starts from 6am.

Additionally the hotel operates the award winning One Spa™, one of Europe’s premier advanced city spas.
Role:
The principal role of the Breakfast Supervisor is to ensure the smooth running of the breakfast service in One Square and following service to ensure once the restaurant is set up and ready for the next sevice as well as supporting lunch service to ensure this runs smoothly. On shift you will ensure that the team is working together to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. you should ensure grooming and attire of staff is reviewed on shift and rectify any deficiencies. Other duties and responsibilities include to complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Liaise with the Executive Chef and senior kitchen team to ensure that the food offering is to standard.
