What You Will Do:

• • • Lead daily kitchen operations for the Asian Speciality Restaurant
    • Create, develop, and execute menus inspired by authentic Asian dishes
    • Ensure consistency, flavor, and quality in every plate served
    • Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic culinary team
    • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient kitchen operations
    • Enforce hygiene and food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on seasonal menus and guest dining experiences
    • Drive innovation while honoring traditional techniques and flavors

What You Bring:

• • • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end Asian restaurant
    • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Asian cuisine
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Culinary certification and Food Safety & Sanitation certification
    • Creativity, passion, and a guest-focused mindset
