Reports to: Executive Chef

 

Are you ready to take your culinary journey to paradise?

 

The iconic Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Chef de Cuisine, with a mastery of Italian and international cuisine, to lead our all-day dining restaurant. This is your chance to bring authentic flavours to one of the world’s most breathtaking destinations – where your creativity meets crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of the multicultural experience in our all-day dining restaurant
  • Inspire and lead a multicultural team with energy and vision
  • Develop innovative menus that celebrate the rich traditions of Italian cuisine with a modern touch
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times
  • Organise theme nights
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of luxury dining

 

Who You Are:

  • A passionate Chef de Cuisine or experienced Sous Chef ready for your next big move
  • Expert in Italian cuisine, with deep knowledge of regional specialties and contemporary techniques
  • Proven leader with strong communication and team development skills
  • A creative, hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Previous luxury resort or high-end restaurant experience preferred
