Responsibilities:

–          Participation in the development of new dishes in Restaurant
–          Ensuring everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, managing your own position and being willing
to go the extra mile
–          Supporting good and collegial cooperation in your own department as well as with other
departments in the hotel
–          Instructions for commis, clerks, trainees, checking of the respective work
–          Enthusiastic handling of fresh food and its processing
–          Craftsmanship & creativity
–          Service & team orientation
–          Awareness of quality and responsibility
–          Strong relationship to cleanliness and order

Competencies:

–          Completed culinary training and or education
–          Passion for cooking
–          At least 1 years of professional experience in a restaurant kitchen
–          Team-oriented working style
–          Outstanding commitment to hygiene and HACCP
–          Professional experience in a similar position in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry
–          An independent, responsible and committed way of working
–          Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, Latvian and Russian of benefit
–          EU work eligible (passport)
