Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our Team at Onde, our newest seafood restaurant.
Onde is more than a seafood restaurant—it’s a vibrant, stylish destination where guests can relax and enjoy the freshest Mediterranean flavors in the heart of Florence. Our contemporary fish osteria, infused with a touch of glamour and energized by nightly DJ sets, serves an eclectic menu inspired by coastal cuisine.
About the role:
The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently, and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
