Join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Karaka in the Kitchen department to work with our Executive Chef, Jinu Abraham. The hotel is located in a beautiful rural town of Karaka, just 30 minutes south from Auckland city. DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Karaka is part of the famous New Zealand Bloodstock Sales Centre, the country’s largest international thoroughbred auction venue.
A Chef de Partie prepares and cooks according to standard procedures, recipes, photographs and given instructions, assisting the Sous Chef in training team members. The role participates in product development and ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen.
