Dans le cadre de notre saison 2026, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de rang (H/F) passionné(e), rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre formidable équipe de notre restaurant gastronomique Le Cap*.

Votre rôle :

En véritable artisan du service, vous contribuez à offrir à nos clients une expérience personnalisée et soignée.

Sous la supervision d’un Assistant Maître d’Hôtel et du Directeur du Restaurant, vous assurez la gestion complète d’un rang, du service auprès de la clientèle à la prise de commande avec précision, élégance et attention, dans le respect le plus rigoureux des standards de restauration étoilée.

Vous êtes attentif(ve) aux remarques du client et vous savez travailler dans le respect des standards de qualité de Four Seasons.

Le restaurant Le Cap* est ouvert uniquement pour le service du soir, du Mardi au Samedi.
Fermeture les Dimanches et Lundis.

Vos missions principales :

  • Préparer la salle pour le service à venir selon les standards du Grand-Hôtel et de la marque Four Seasons.
  • Faire le réassort des consoles de service avec le matériel nécessaire.
  • Accueillir les clients et les installer à table, tout en veillant à connaitre leur identité/statut/raison de leur présence.
  • Prendre connaissance des allergies et préférences alimentaires des clients et les reporter clairement et précisément à la cuisine selon nos procédures
  • Assurer le suivi des tables qui vous sont attribuées (prise de commande, suggestions/vente, etc.)
  • Être à l’écoute des besoins des clients, anticiper leurs attentes et garantir leur entière satisfaction.
  • Découpe et préparations en salle des mets qui le nécessitent
  • Facturer et encaisser les clients.
  • Assurer toutes les opérations de coordination avec les cuisines, afin de présenter et de débarrasser les plats, ustensiles et vaisselles.
  • Réaliser la fermeture, le rangement et le nettoyage du restaurant, à la fin du service.
