Le/la chef(fe) de réception est chargé de coordonner les équipes de réception dans le but de maintenir un taux d’occupation et des revenus optimaux, tout en veillant à offrir un service prévenant aux clients. Le chef de réception est chargé de superviser l’ensemble des réceptionnistes de son équipe. Le chef de réception a pour mission de veiller en permanence au respect des normes de qualité et de contribuer à la rentabilité de l’hôtel grâce à une maîtrise efficace des coûts. Il/elle doit atteindre les objectifs définis en matière de satisfaction clientèle et de satisfaction des membres de l’équipe. Il/elle est, en outre, responsable de la formation et du développement des membres de l’équipe.
