En Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá buscamos un(a) Chef de Restaurante con liderazgo estratégico, excelencia técnica y una profunda vocación por el servicio. Esta posición es clave en la consolidación de nuestra propuesta gastronómica, garantizando experiencias memorables a través de estándares impecables de calidad, consistencia y creatividad culinaria.

El cargo reporta al Director de Alimentos y Bebidas y requiere permiso de trabajo vigente en Colombia.

Propósito del Rol

Dirigir integralmente la operación del restaurante desde la cocina, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares globales de Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, optimizando recursos, desarrollando talento y elevando continuamente la experiencia gastronómica del huésped.

Responsabilidades Estratégicas y Operativas

  • Liderar, planificar y supervisar la operación diaria del Departamento de Cocina, garantizando excelencia en ejecución, presentación y sabor.
