Coordenar as atividades operacionais dos Pontos de Venda, contribuindo para a qualidade dos
serviços e aumento dos níveis de satisfação dos clientes.
Orientar as atividades da equipe, priorizando/distribuindo tarefas e solucionando os problemas operacionais pertinentes.
• Conduzir os clientes até as mesas e prestar todas as informações solicitadas.
• Zelar pelo fiel cumprimento das reservas e disposição das mesas, de acordo com as ordens
de serviço.
• Coordenar o serviço de alimentos e bebidas em eventos, quando necessário.
• Eventualmente, promover a venda de vinhos e pratos do restaurante, de acordo com o perfil de cada cliente.
• Substituir o superior imediato em suas ausências.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
