Guest Experience Leadership
Act as the face of the hotel lobby—ensuring personalized and exceptional guest service at all times, with a strong focus on VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests to enhance their overall stay.
Team Supervision & Performance
Lead, coach, and empower the concierge team to uphold service excellence and brand standards. Conduct regular performance reviews, trainings, and role-model expected behaviors.
