What You’ll Do

As a Cold Kitchen Chef, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding food quality for our breakfast, lunch, banquet, and à la carte operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality cold dishes, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and buffets in line with hotel standards.
• Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and presented according to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining high levels of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Supporting banquet and event operations with cold food preparation and setup.
• Working closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and minimizing food waste.
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Contributing to departmental goals and maintaining a positive team environment.
• Ensuring workstations are clean, organized, and ready for service.

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably within cold kitchen, banquet, or hotel operations.
• A passion for food, presentation, and hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Commitment to food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shifts based on business needs.
