Doit être capable de réaliser des mises en place sous l’ordre de la hiérarchie.
CONDITIONS DE QUALIFICATION :
Expérience : Formation professionnel ou hôtelière.
Quelques années d’expérience en pâtisserie
Connaissances de bases des produits de pâtisserie.
Langues : Français et Anglais souhaitable.
FONCTIONS REQUISES :
Etre capable d’assister toute l’équipe pâtisserie pour les événements dans l’hôtel, sous les ordres du Chef Pâtissier et de son Assistant. Etre capable de démontrer un bon sens de l’esthétique, de décoration et des produits en suivant les standards de qualité demandés. Etre capable de respecter les fiches recettes et les procédures, les présentations des plats afin de maintenir les standards de qualité de production et de présentation. Etre capable de maintenir son lieu de travail propre, soigné et organisé en respectant les standards. Etre capable de gérer le gaspillage au minimum. Etre capable de maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les employés des autres départements. Etre capable de faire face à toute situation d’urgence, en terme de sécurité, au sein de l’hôtel. Etre capable d’effectuer toute autre tâche ou projet assigné par la Direction, par un cadre. Etre capable d’appliquer les normes sanitaires en vigueurs. Etre capable d’avoir des connaissances des standards Four Seasons concernant la nourriture. Appliquer et maîtriser les standards de qualité liés à votre fonction.
