Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Server to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team.

The Commis Server Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Server to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within one of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands.

What you will do:

• Support the service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with setting up the lounge and ensuring readiness for each service period.
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge and guest areas.
• Provide timely assistance to servers and bartenders throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently.
• Deliver polished, discreet service in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you bring:

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a luxury service environment.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
