Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Communications (PBX) Supervisor to support and lead our Communications function across the UK Collection, covering Park Lane, Tower Bridge, and Hampshire.
The role
Based at Park Lane, the Communications Supervisor will oversee the day to day operation of the Communications function, supporting service delivery across multiple properties within the UK Collection.
You will lead a team of six, ensuring all guest and internal communications, including calls, messages, and requests, are handled efficiently and in line with Four Seasons standards. This role requires strong leadership, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality across a high volume, multi‑property operation.
You will act as a key point of contact for operational communication, ensuring clarity, speed, and accuracy at all times.
