The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC – Crystal City and Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City Complex is looking for a Complex Event Manager to join their team.
The DoubleTree Crystal City offers 627 guestrooms and 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, making it ideal for large groups, while the Embassy Suites Crystal City provides 269 guestrooms and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, perfect for smaller meetings
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of event management experience in a hotel environment and is familiar with supporting valued convention clients as they plan their conferences at our property. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and full flexibility are essential for success in this role.
Pay Rate: This is an hourly role with participation in the hotels quarterly incentive plan.
Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, for our convention group clients.
