The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner and the Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town is looking for a Complex Senior Marketing Manager.
The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner located in the heart of Northern Virginia technology corridor features 458 guestrooms and 28,000 square feet of meeting space featuring Harth and Harth Lounge and Bar. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town is steps from bustling King Street with easy access to Downtown Washington, DC. This hotel features 288 guestrooms with 13,052 square feet of meeting space.
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of marketing experience with strong digital expertise in e-commerce and social media. They should be proficient in Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of performance tracking, reporting, and KPI optimization. This individual must excel at cross-department collaboration, managing and maintaining the marketing calendar, and executing hotel activations. Additionally, graphic design skills are essential, including the ability to create marketing assets using Canva.
Shift Pattern: Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
