Au sein de la direction People & Culture, l’équipe Global Learning & Development & Digitalization imagine et déploie les expériences d’apprentissage qui accompagnent le développement des Heartists® partout dans le monde. Son ambition : proposer des formations engageantes, pensées pour une audience internationale et pilotées par la donnée.
Rattaché au Global Digital Learning Director, vous faites le lien entre créativité et technologie pour garantir à chaque apprenant une expérience fluide et engageante — de la conception des contenus jusqu’à leur diffusion sur la plateforme.
Votre mission :
Vous êtes le garant de la qualité des contenus, de l’engagement des apprenants, de la fiabilité de la plateforme LMS et de l’amélioration continue de nos parcours grâce à la data. Un véritable terrain de jeu pour oser avoir un impact à l’échelle du Groupe.
