Como GEX & Concierge Assistant Manager, serás responsable de liderar y coordinar el equipo de Guest Experience & Concierge, garantizando que la operativa diaria cumpla con los más altos estándares de servicio y que cada interacción con el huésped supere sus expectativas.
Tu función combina supervisión del equipo, gestión de incidencias y optimización de procesos, actuando como enlace clave entre el equipo y la gerencia para asegurar eficiencia, consistencia y excelencia en la experiencia del huésped. Además, fomentarás el desarrollo profesional de tu equipo y promoverás una cultura de servicio orientada a resultados y atención personalizada.
