Pullman & Mercure King George Square is a vibrant 438 room twin towered hotel which acts as a sanctuary for leisure and business travelers. Our Concierge team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the smooth guest arrival and departure experience, as well as providing friendly and knowledgeable service to all hotel visitors.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager and Duty Managers with regular access to the Front Office  Manager, the Concierge Supervisor will lead a team of passionate porters to ensure all guests are provided with a personalised and memorable experience.

What the role is all about:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge Department
• Leading and developing a passionate guest focused team
• Providing exceptional customer service in all guest interactions
• Providing recommendations and directions to hotel Guests and visitors
• Driving and parking cars as required

We’re looking for someone to bring their personality, passion and energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

• An obsession with providing excellent guest service
• An in-depth and current knowledge of Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas
• Experienced in training & supervising a passionate team
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High standard of personal presentation
• Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
• The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
