About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding all production requirements and quality standards. This role involves executing recipes with consistent quality, managing portion and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. Responsibilities include setting up stations for service, preparing advance items within estimated needs, and properly operating and cleaning a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers, and grills.
