Full-Time

Shift Pattern: Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $28.05 an hour

The ideal candidate is a motivated culinary professional who thrives in a fast‑paced hotel restaurant kitchen environment. This individual is confident working various line stations while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistent quality during peak service periods. A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to food safety are essential for success in this role.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook 2, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown for the daily restaurant operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
  • Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
  • Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
