Notre établissement, hôtel 5 étoiles situé à Porticcio recherche pour la saison 2026, un ou une commis de cuisine pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Description du poste

– Participer à la préparation des plats – Effectuer la mise en place avant les services – Préparer les ingrédients selon les consignes de l’équipe de cuisine – Veiller à la propreté du poste de travail et du matériel – respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire – Participer au rangement des marchandises et des stocks

Qualifications

Créativité et passion pour la cuisine et le service client
Excellente communication et esprit d’équipe
