We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – South Indian Cuisine** to join our culinary team.
**Key Requirements: **
– Currently working as a **DCDP** in a reputed hotel.
– Strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine, regional specialties and traditional cooking techniques.
– Experience in high-volume operations and large-scale banqueting preferred.
– Good knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, hygiene and food safety standards.
– Strong team player with a commitment to food quality, consistency and cost control.
– **Delhi NCR candidates preferred**, as an in-person food trial is mandatory.
– **Immediate joiners or candidates available to join urgently preferred. **
