1.负责指定工作的日常运作,确保符合酒店高标准出品要求,监督食材准备、烹饪流程及摆盘,确保每道菜品达到酒店标准,检查食材新鲜度、库存管理,减少浪费,控制成本;
2. 团队协作与培训,指导初级厨师和实习生,确保团队掌握标准化烹饪技术,配合主厨研发季节性菜单、特色菜品及定制餐单,确保厨房遵守食品安全标准及酒店卫生规范;
3. 设备维护与安全管理,管理厨房设备的日常维护,确保团队遵守安全操作流程;
岗位要求
1.3年以上国际酒店西厨工作经验,1年以上领班或类似职位经验;
2. 体能优秀,可适应高温环境及长时间站立工作;
3. 熟悉各类食材的处理与保存;
