Demi Chef de Partie

Description:

  • The Demi Chef de Partie assist the Chef de Partie in preparing cooking and presenting high – quality dishes in the assigned kitchen section This role supports daily kitchen operations ensures food quality and hygiene standards and contributes to maintaining smooth timely service.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Home Economics
  • other related field preferred.
  • Age 25 – 40 years old.
  • Min. 2-3 years hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Previous experience in hotels or restaurants in a similar role.
  • Skilled in Western.
  • Authentic Thai and Asian.
  • Strong cooking and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Can work as shift both day shift and night shift.
