This role will involve catering for all meal periods and all outlets including Luci Restaurant (Lunch/Dinner), The Douglas Bar, Executive Lounge, In Room Dining as well as Events.

As Demi Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food to exceed diner’s expectations. As a valued part of our team, you will be given training for all sections and the opportunity to learn and work with diverse ingredients, techniques, and dishes.
