About the location:

A secluded oasis at the edge of an idyllic lagoon! On the east coast of Mauritius, lapped by turquoise waters perfect for water sports, our relaxing Resort is filled with lush greenery and dramatic views everywhere you turn. Each stylish villa and residence feature its own private garden and pool – just like the home for the Resort’s resident giant tortoises. After a day exploring the Indian Ocean or playing unlimited golf at both our Ernie Els-designed course and Bernhard Langer signature course, unwind at our award-winning Spa and raise a glass at one of our exciting dining venues. Mauritius is teeming with opportunities for your next day’s adventures. This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center.

 

 

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in bringing the Four Seasons story to life across digital platforms. Supporting the execution of content, campaigns, and performance reporting, this role blends creativity with precision and data-led thinking. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital formats, brand consistency, and performance insights, while upholding the highest standards of the Four Seasons brand.

 

What you will do

Content & Brand Storytelling

  • Support the creation, coordination, and execution of digital content across owned and paid platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of platform-specific formats, including short-form video, reels, stories, static imagery, carousels, and longer-form editorial content.
  • Ensure all content reflects Four Seasons brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity, with a strong focus on detail, quality, and authenticity.
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and asset management in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Digital & Social Media Execution

  • Support day-to-day management of social media channels, including content publishing, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Stay informed on evolving digital trends and platform innovations, recommending formats and approaches that enhance storytelling and reach.
  • Assist in the execution and optimisation of paid digital, search and social campaigns, with an understanding of formats, targeting, and performance indicators.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Use Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance, user journeys, and campaign outcomes.
  • Track and analyse social media and digital performance metrics, identifying insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and summaries, translating data into clear, thoughtful insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to optimisation recommendations.

Collaboration & Partnership

  • Work closely with Marketing, PR, Revenue, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment across all digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agency partners to support content production and campaign execution.
  • Contribute to digital initiatives supporting resort milestones, brand moments, seasonal campaigns, and new launches.

 

What you bring

  • Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or content-related roles; luxury or hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital content formats and best practices across key platforms.
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar).
