Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• To be the guardian and specialist of the Brand Communication Manual and provide guidance, advise on all brand related matters.
• Assist the Director of Marketing Communications with the coordination, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in all matters relating to social media and on-line media platforms.
• Formulation and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy related to the hotel. From time to time and as relevant, the Digital Marketing Manager will propose digital marketing strategies and initiatives. The strategies must be in consonance with the overall positioning and direction of the hotel and brand.3
• Prepare annual goal and budget, in co-operation with Director of Marketing and Communications; develop working plans to carry out goals; compares actual achievements against goals periodically; take necessary corrective action.
• Responsible for and accountable for the social media and e-marketing operating budget.
• Together with the Director of Marketing and Communications plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via internet, social media and e-DM Blitz.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, we expect from you: 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, online communications, or related marketing function in a 5 Star Luxury Hotel is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Experience working with influencers, media partners, digital agencies, and third-party online platforms.
