The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive room revenue, direct bookings, occupancy, and brand awareness across Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel and Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
This role will oversee digital campaigns, website optimization, SEO/SEM initiatives, content marketing, CRM and email marketing, online partnerships, and performance analytics to maximize the hotels’ digital presence and commercial performance. The position works closely with Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Sales, Brand Marketing, and Corporate Digital teams to ensure all digital activities align with business objectives and revenue targets.
