JOB DESCRIPTION

Marking the continued expansion of The Del’s culinary experiences, Nobu Del Coronado is the newest addition to the world-renowned Japanese restaurant empire founded by Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro.

Nobu Del Coronado offers over 3,700 square feet of stunning indoor and al fresco oceanfront dining space, including an outdoor covered patio dining with a pagoda bar and dedicated sushi bar. Nobu Del Coronado will spotlights Nobu-signature dishes including the iconic Black Miso Cod and Yellowtail Jalapeño, as well as Nobu’s world-renowned sushi, plus locally inspired dishes and cocktails.

• Classification:Full-Time
• Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: $21.01 per hour

What will I be doing?

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
