- 飲料水、プール水の水質維持管理に努め法令順守する、又定期的にプール内のゴミを除去して清掃を実施する
Facility Maintenance Management:
- Plan and execute maintenance of facilities and equipment within the hotel premises, including buildings, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and others. This involves scheduling regular inspections, carrying out repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance measures.
- Establishment and execution of regular inspection schedules.
- Prioritization and coordination of maintenance tasks and schedules.
- Measures against Mold Growth Due to the Unique Seasonal Humidity in Okinawa .
- Endeavour to maintain and control the quality of drinking water and pool water to comply with laws and regulations and regularly remove debris from the pool and clean it.
２）設備の修理：
- ホテル内の設備や設備機器（空調機、電気、配管など）の修理が含まれます。これらの設備は定期的なメンテナンスが必要であり、故障や損傷が発生した場合には迅速に修理する
- 修理に関する記録の作成と報告
- 修理作業の品質管理と改善プロセスの推進
- 設備の故障や損傷の迅速な対応と修理作業の監督。
