作为财务及业务支持总监，您将监管酒店的财务运营并确保酒店资产的安全、定期汇报酒店的财务状况，围绕提升酒店的盈利能力提出您的建议。作为酒店所有财务及相关会计事务的主要联系人，与业主、内外部审计人员及监管机构进行接洽。

宾客体验
帮助客人——如果客人提出需求或不满，需要协助，您应该热情地提供帮助
确保酒店具备有效的会计实践，并通过灵活的支付方式（如信用卡系统、客房收费）、库存控制以及解决账务纠纷为宾客提供良好的入住体验
财务回报
通过财务分析、数据趋势及市场信息来预测需求，发现运营与财务中的问题，采取有效举措以扩大财务回报
制定酒店年度运营预算，在预算审核过程中提供各种数据分析支持，帮助各部门主管发现节约成本、增加产能的机会
确保每月对所有会计账目进行对账和调节，并监督信贷扩展流程，催收过期账款
审查酒店定价，向总经理推荐相应的策略；参加销售策略会议
管理应付账款，平衡现金流并维护酒店在供应商中的信誉
