We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic F&B operations in Alexandria, Egypt. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage services, driving operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive F&B strategy that aligns with our organization’s brand vision while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused culture within your department.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage operating strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of departmental goals into broader operational plans
• Create and maintain an exceptional atmosphere across all F&B outlets that consistently meets or exceeds guest expectations through meticulous attention to quality, service standards, and operational excellence
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing F&B leadership team, demonstrating strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to drive business success
• Oversee all F&B departmental operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service, ensuring adherence to established procedures, policies, and quality standards
• Analyze and control sales performance, costs, and profitability metrics; develop strategies to maximize departmental revenue while maintaining strict cost discipline and budget compliance
