Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join the team!
Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley is a mile from Downtown and within eight miles of a plethora of local wineries. Our all-suite hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds featuring California redwoods, rose gardens, and resident wildlife. We offer a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening cocktail reception.
Currently in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality bringing authentic, distinctive programming on-property. Our 7-acre resort will include refined interiors, a luxurious spa, open-air courtyard, meditation gardens and exceptional culinary experiences.
What will I be doing?
As a Director of Human Resources, you would be responsible for directing and administering the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
