Hilton New York Times Square Is looking for a dynamic Director of Human Resources to help us relaunch this stunning landmark New York City Hotel. Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offers 478 rooms and features newly renovated food and beverage outlets.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience including labor relations, a knowledge of collective bargaining agreement compliance and management, financial leadership, contract and negotiations experience as well as an affinity for building relationships and cultivating an uplifting building culture. Attention to detail, ability to speak additional languages, and New York City union experience is a plus.
A Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing and administering the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
