What is in it for you:
As the Director of Learning & Development you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of training at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. You’ll work collaboratively with People & Culture and Department Heads to assess, develop and facilitate all training and ensure engagement from colleagues and leaders. While you’ll need basic computer expertise, communication, motivation, and presentation skills will be imperative for this position.
