About the Role of Director of Public Relations:
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, the Director of Public Relations is responsible for the development and execution of an annual strategic and integrated plan that is comprised of public relations, social media and marketing communications strategies that support the hotel’s business objectives, increase awareness and positive perception of the hotel and its Food & Beverage outlets, and contribute to driving traffic and revenues.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, an ear for a great story, a thirst for multi-tasking and a hunger for results, working independently or in collaboration, to meet tight deadlines whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have solid and long lasting media and influencer relationships across the travel, lifestyle and tourism industries and be able to deliver robust PR & Communications strategies for a market leading luxury brand.
