Group Sales Manager

About the location:

The sustainable luxury destination is located on a 60-acre (24 hectare) site along the pristine beachfront of Playa Esmeralda in northeastern Dominican Republic, along the southern shores of Samaná Bay. A site of breathtaking natural beauty, Tropicalia is home to a diverse ecosystem of white-sand beaches; crystalline, aquamarine water and coral reefs; mountains, forests, mangroves, lagoons and rivers; a working coconut plantation; and an organic farm.

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the pre-opening team, the Group Sales Manager generates resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups, and works closely with our commercial team to solicit, sell and confirm group business required to meet budgeted sales goals. Candidates should possess the ability to solicit group travel and have a high degree of independence judgement and discretion on decision making.

 

This role will be US based and operate remotely while requiring regular onsite travel to the property as needed. The designated office location is still to be determined.

 

Target start date for this role is June/July of 2026.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Promote and sell to group market. Generate hotel awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, trade-shows and networking groups.
  • Lead proactive sales initiatives, including identifying new group business opportunities through strategic prospecting, targeted outreach, and creative lead‑generation efforts. This includes building strong pipeline activity by researching market trends, monitoring competitor activity, engaging untapped segments, and leveraging data-driven insights to anticipate client needs and maximize revenue potential.https://careers.fourseasons.com/us/en/job/REQ10375756/Group-Sales-Manager
