On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo Del Sol is home to our modern hacienda-style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences. Amenities include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.
About the Director of Residences role:
The Director of Residences drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies. He/She will be required to manage the Residential Operation and Villa Rental Program with specific focus on the following attributes – Property Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, HOA Management, Service & Lifestyle and People and Rental.
Monitor the development and implementation of Residential brand strategies and supports the team in delivering flawless execution. The Director of Residences will be responsible for the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements. Acts as the liaison between the Resort Management, Resort Owner, the Developer, and the Homeowner, and fosters positive relationships between all parties.
