Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for a Director of Revenue Management who is responsible for overseeing a company’s revenue generation and ensuring maximum profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing strategies and optimize room rates
  • Forecast demand, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
  • Manage inventory across channels (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia Group)
  • Analyze performance data and report insights
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Lead and develop the revenue management team

 

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Experience with RMS tools (e.g., IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Duetto)
  • Background in hospitality, business, or finance
  • Leadership and communication abilities
