Job Description

 

The Director of Revenue Management (DRM) is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s overall revenue strategy while leading the Revenue Management and Reservations teams. This role drives revenue growth by optimizing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all market segments and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s commercial objectives and brand positioning.

The DRM leverages data analytics, market intelligence, and forecasting to identify opportunities, provide strategic recommendations to the Commercial Strategy team, ownership, and corporate leadership, and support informed business decisions. The role is accountable for maintaining the integrity of revenue data, optimizing inventory allocation, and implementing pricing strategies that maximize both revenue and profitability.

As a key commercial leader, collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver a unified revenue strategy that enhances overall hotel performance. In addition, the role is responsible for identifying, mentoring, and developing Revenue Management talent, fostering a high-performing team and building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
