JOB DESCRIPTION

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Dry Bar Hair Stylist to join the Spa Team!  

This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6^th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, pool side grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

• Classification: On-Call

• Shift: Ideally 2-3 days availability, preferably at least Friday/Saturday (Blow Dry Bar hours of operation is 10am – 7pm currently)

What will I be doing?

As an On-Call Dry Bar Hair Stylist, you would be responsible for providing professional hair care and treatments to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform hair care services including, but not limited to, styling and straightening
• Provide accurate information about salon products
• Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform general Spa duties, as needed
